Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These Terms govern your use of MoniterOne ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MoniterOne provides uptime monitoring, alerting, and public status pages. The Free plan is self-serve. Paid plans (Pro / Business) are activated manually until online billing is available. We may change features or limits with notice where practical.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep your contact email current.
3. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the Service (e.g. excessive automated registration, probing third-party systems without authorization, or interfering with other users). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is". Monitoring helps detect outages but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of your systems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoniterOne is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
5. Contact
Questions about these Terms: use the support contact published on the Service once a production domain is configured.
