This Privacy Policy explains how MoniterOne collects and uses information when you use the Service.

1. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, password hash), project and monitor configuration (URLs, intervals, alert channel settings), check results and incident history, and basic technical logs needed to operate the Service.

2. How we use data

We use data to provide monitoring and alerts, authenticate users, improve reliability, and communicate service-related notices (including password reset when SMTP is configured).

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers strictly as needed to run the Service, or when required by law.

4. Retention and security

We retain account and monitoring data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups and dispute resolution. We apply standard access controls; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

5. Your choices

You may update profile information in Settings. To request account deletion or privacy questions, contact support once a production contact channel is published.
